Bluecoat Manager - Janette Stowell
Janette manages the Bluecoat building. She enables the smooth operation of the building’s office spaces and meeting rooms, ensuring optimal working environments. She also manages and develops the Bluecoat’s facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and codes.
Buildings Manager - David Smith
David, our Buildings Manager, is responsible for the maintenance and conservation of the buildings owned by The Chester Bluecoat Charity, including the Bluecoat building and almshouses. He co-ordinates both planned and reactive maintenance ensuring that all properties are safe and secure for residential and office tenants with all facilities meeting regulatory standards.
Charity Support Officers - Kathy Duffy and Rosie Bowman (job share)
Kathy and Rosie are The Chester Bluecoat Charity’s Support Officers with responsibility for our administration and financial management and ensuring we fulfil our legal and regulatory requirements. They make sure the charity runs effectively and efficiently so the charity can make the most of its’ resources and achieve its charitable aims.
Chief Exectuve - Mike Jenkins (part time)
Mike is responsible for developing and driving the strategy of The Chester Bluecoat Charity, including effectively managing the charity’s resources and leading the team, to help achieve our aims and objectives.
Prior to this role, he was Chief Executive of the charity Changing Lives Together for over three years and has over twenty years’ experience of being a Senior Executvie in both the private and voluntary sectors.

Communications Executive - Lucy Meek (part time)
Lucy is The Chester Bluecoat Charity’s Communications Executive and is responsible for the marketing and communications ensuring the charity’s brand and message is seen and heard across the city and surrounding areas.
