The larger of the two meeting rooms is located on the Bluecoat’s top floor. It is fully accessible with spectacular views of the Welsh hills and has Wi-fi.
The room is perfect for your conference or event, with a range of layout options for you to choose from. It can accommodate up to 20 people (boardroom style), 30 (cabaret), 50 (theatre) or 70 (informal mix of seating and standing). But if you’re looking for an alternative layout, please just ask.
Additional features include a projector and screen (please note: we do not provide laptops; if you are bringing a laptop in to connect to the projector it must be able to connect to a HDMI cable), blackout blinds, flipchart and pens, microphone and lectern.
You’ll also have the use of a break-out room with an instant hot water machine, cups and teaspoons. A lift provides access from the ground floor.
Prices start from £60 per half day session.
