An office suite is available for rent from early April to voluntary and non-profit organisations at the iconic, Grade II* listed Bluecoat building in Chester city centre.

Comprised of 3 adjoining rooms, the 235 ft² office suite provides a flexible working environment. The fully accessible space is situated on the first floor (at the top of The Bluecoat building) providing a fantastic view onto Northgate Street and the Roman Walls. The office suite has the added feature of a shared kitchen, and the tenants can hire Bluecoat meeting rooms at a discounted rate.

Rent is £10.00 per square foot. The Service Charge* & Insurance Rent is £11.85 per square foot.

Situated on Upper Northgate Street, the Bluecoat dates back to 1717 when it was a charity school for boys from poor families. Today, the Bluecoat is a centre for charities and voluntary organisations, with long-standing tenants such as West Cheshire Citizens Advice, West Cheshire Voluntary Action, Chester Work Zone, MP for City of Chester, and Chester Aid to the Homeless, amongst others.

The Bluecoat is owned by The Chester Bluecoat Charity – one of Chester’s oldest charities, still working to improve the lives of people in need throughout the city. All profits made from the Bluecoat building go to local charitable causes.

The Bluecoat has stunning architecture and is situated in the beautiful Northgate Quarter of Chester, alongside a wonderful selection of cafes and coffee-houses, wine-bars and bakeries. The building is easy to reach as it is within walking distance of the Garden Lane and Delamere Street car parks and Chester Bus Station, and it also has bicycle storage.
